Re: [IP] low food suggestion, exercise

Another 'flat' food for treating lows is fruit leather.  These have
about 12-14g CHO each and take up almost no space.  These are my
preferred low food, and I keep a few in my purse (really a small fanny
pack) at all times.  I also put a couple of these in my pocket when out
walking at lunch, or at the gym.
