RE: [IP] chips taste good but are real high

Salt and vinegar chips are my weakness, and they wreak havoc on my bg.  I
doubt they're doing a lot of good for my hypertension and hyperlipidemia
either. ;-)

Perhaps some physiology-savvy person could explain the long-term highs after
eating chips?  It seems way out of range for the amount of carbs ingested.
