[IP] Afternoon nap

My suggestions for you would be to have a walk in the afternoon instead
of a nap.  That will wake you up, relax you and make you feel more
rested.  I know it sounds contradictory, but why don't you give it a
try,  It can't hurt.  At the same time, test you bg's.  I think you'll
find this beneficial.  Let us know how you fare.
