Usually a backup file is created before the sync - so you should be able to
do a restore. Failing that. . . call or email the company and tell them your
tale of woe. Recently I had the same type of problem after a system rebuild;
had to push the matter but someone finally sent me the serial number. BTW, I
wrote it down this time! ;-)
