As a guitarist I can totally attest to this lovely lancet thing. I actually
have 2 of them. One for me, and one for my diabetic Pomeranian. While it is
longer and less compact to carry around, it gets my vote on 'gig' and
practice days, and on days I want to give my poor li'l finners a break!

I find my forarm, and the 'mound' under the thumb were the easiest to get
blood from.
