You must stop when the insulin begins to flow. 20-25u is more than 
enough to prime the long tube as well.

The other easy way to measure is to mark the tube with a felt tip pen 
next to a medium size bubble (not the champagne kind) then prime 
bolus 1/2 unit and see how far the bubble moves.
