Goodmorning Meg,

This is a hard one I crave sweets myself and always have, willpower is your
best bet...lol...    and you say "Ya Right"..  I have found that when I
really crave sweets is when what my body really craves is protein I know
this may sound a little crazy but try a Peanut butter sandwich on whole
wheat bread, Remember that complex carbs are going to help sustain you much
better than the simple carbs which will cause your blood sugar to rise
quickly.
