[IP] unused insulin in cartridge

It is prudent to fill the cartridge with enough insulin for 2-3 days 
anticipated use, plus enough to prime the tubing, plus what I call a fudge 
factor, some extra if needed for extra food, highs, illness, etc. If Gabe is 
only using a small amount of insulin you shouldn't need to put 200 units in 
the cartridge.
