    I would suggest that you call the airlines. Be sure to take Double the 
supplies you need in case of extened delays. Get a prescription to carry in 
case something happens to your Insulin.  I have traveled 100's of time and 
find that the security is stiffer after 9/11 - they just ask more questions 
and check for anything that might look  suspect.
