[IP] High BG After Changing Reservoir

What type of Pump?

On MM for example, if you don't put the "arms" down correctly after
a reservouir you can have slack space between the arms and the plunger.
You should always prime with the pump - even after primiming manually,
to make sure the arms are securely against the plunger. This MAY happen
other pumps - I don't have any experience. 

Also, some have said it helps to bolas right after a change, ie before a
meal - that way the insulin is sure to be delivered.

One other idea - sure you have checked - but just in case. Have you
checked for an air bubble? Especially if you use a QR type of system.
Sometimes you can loose over 1.5 units....
