Dried fruit is supposed to have the same amt. of carbs as the fruit would 
have if it wasn't dried. Many people tend to eat more of the dried fruit (I 
guess the smaller size causes that) than they would eat if it was fresh.
Would there be any other reason for it to have such a bad effect on bgs?
