RE: [IP] question about breakfast foods

The best thing for you would be to buy the packets of Oatmeal. They can
be prepared by microwave. I use them when I travel. They come in very
handy since I am on a low protein diet. It will also help with your
cholesterol, but I doubt you have that problem if you don't eat any
meats. Add a fruit allowance or two and you are all set.

Subject: [IP] question about breakfast foods

What do you think is the best thing I can eat for breakfast? I'm at
college
so I don't have a wide variety and I am also a vegetarian. I was just
wondering if anyone had any suggestions!

Thanks!

Sharon
