I'm so sorry your pump died.  What a scary experience; not to mention the 
disappoint and anger you must feel.  We have not had this problem, but a few 
other suspicious things have happened.  All the hassles are worth it, so hang 
in there.  I hope MM does a good job of supporting you on this, and giving 
you a new monitor ASAP.  They are the best game in town, so you are stuck 
with them.  Good Luck.
