Julie,

I kinda snickered about this one at first.  I hope not to offend anyone
else.  I have the same problem... My girlfriend does not like it much
eather.  The solution that we came up with was to get some paper tape and
tape it inside my belly button.  (Thank god I am an innie not an outie) the
quick release connecter can be totally hidden inside my belly button and it
doesn't rub against her anymore.

I hope this helps (bearing my soul here).
