Second that -- Tomorrow is my one year pumping anniversary, and my
weight has stayed stable. I really like being able to eat when hungry,
and not have to snack to feel the NPH!!

I also know that if I exercised more, I COULD lose weight, but from me,
you don't get perfection!!!!  (I'm close enough already!!!))
