[IP] diabetes camp

The diabetes camp that Eve goes to (Camp Needlepoint), has the philosophy
that this is a camp for kids that happened to have diabetes, not diabetes
camp. They do very little diabetes ed., the staff feels that these kid get
enough diabetes ed. other places, this should be camp. The staff also
believes this camp is for the parents. The camp is a safe place and gives
the parents a break.

The kids leave they're bg metes at home, the staff uses chemstrips instead.
Too many meters had too much sand in them or they "found homes" in the
river. The councilors have a meter just in case a kid tests under 80.

The staff does teach the kid to go from a exchange plan to carbo counting.
