I moved from the States to Canada a few years ago.  I found out about mmol/l
vs. mg/dl when I was in the hospital for double pneumonia.  The doctor told
me when I was brought in, that I was in keto shock and at 38 -   I thought,
"how can that be high?  Doesn't he mean I was low?"  The nurse explained
about mmols - I was at 684mg.  I've had to use my calculator since, but I'm
learning.  LOL
