[IP] Eating Out

I have several books for carb counting but the one I use the most is by
Barbara Krause and called "Calories and Carbohydrates".  It includes most
restaurants (i.e., red lobster, long john silvers, mcdonalds, hardees,
perkins, etc.) and also has just regular food listed.  It is very helpful.
I got it through Amazon.
