Basal rates may be 0.0 during part of the day. Lily use to run 0.0 for 
4-5 hours a day. As she got older, her overall requirements have risen.

Go with the flow. You should be able to accurately estimate the decrease 
or increase in basal requirement by looking at the carbs needed to treat 
the low and using her carb/insulin ratio to figure how much to decrease 
her basal rate. Target 120, be happy with 150 initially to avoid lows. 
Fine tune later. Don't rush the testing. Read the guidelines on the web 
site, you're doing fine.
