Use the part of the tubing between the cannula and the disconnect.  Loop it
around so it forms a circle, about 1 inch in diameter.  Tape it down with a
piece of durapore, transpore, whateverpore tape.  This is so that if your
pump goes bungee jumping, it will absorb the shock.  The energy will be
absorbed by undoing the loop rather than yanking the set out of your body.

This isn't necessary for the silhouettes, comforts, tenders.  They have a
stronger base to hold them in place, and the angled insertion makes them
more resistant to tugs.
