Well, I had some soba (Japanese buckwheat noodles) yesterday, with no
other carbs in the lunch-- package said 2 cups was 65.5g, and Netzer's
book said it was 58.5g, so I bolused according to the higher amount. BUT
6 hours later, I was STILL at 174. And feeling it! Dunno how high I
actually went in the preceding hours. :(

I'm guessing that accuracy varies -- and after THAT experience, I think
I'll be more cautious and start making my OWN guesses about how to cover
certain foods!
