[IP] Newly diagnosed infant -Reply

It sounds like her evening insulin dose may need to be lowered. Sometimes
during the "honeymoon" the morning and overnight readings(when not eating)
are normal, and it is hard to tell the difference between a normal reading
and a true low. Checking overnight would be recommended too.  We aim for bgs
in the 100-250 range in that age group. Are they being seen by a pediatric
diabetes team???
I can't recommend that enough..............
