Yep, square wave --- you will have to experiment, but you can 
probably assume that insulin will be distributed over the square time 
+ 2 hours (for Humalog).  The question is, at what point beyond 3 
hours do your bg's again become normal? Sounds like you might need a 
square of 2 - 3 hours
