I bet Minimed could be pursuaded to make a few of the sets with no
adhesive. There are some 'paint-on' surgical adhesives you could
test on your skin for alergic properties.
With a 'paint-on' adhesive and a no-stick set, the reaction to the
set adhesive could be avoided.
