RE: [IP] Boot camp-fitness club style

Exercise affects some people like it does you. You get an initial increase
in BG's because your body cannot keep up with insulin production. In the
long run your BG's will come down with weight loss and fat converting to
muscle.

Why when I exercise does my BS go UP instead of down like I suspect it
should

I have never been able to forecast BG's doing exercise. Too many things to
consider:
Time of last meal
Time of last medication
Time of day for exercise
intensity of exercise
How I feel
They all have an effect on BG's during exercise.

<SNIP>

I was just wondering if anybody else is into the strength training and have
any
idea how to understand when to expect or anticipate lows after exercising?
