Re: [IP] Cozmo Frustrations.

Animas still does the loaner pump program, BUT one has to be under warranty in
order to qualify for the freebie. This was as of a couple weeks ago.

I'm running up against my 4 year deadline with my 1200 next month and my
warranty will be gone. Not surprisingly, my insurance company is not currently
willing to shell out for a new pump just so I can get the warranty. I don't like
going without it, but don't want to buy me a new one either. I will fight with
the insurance company, but ..... I really just want the instantaneous
replacement pump when something goes wrong!

Subject: [IP] Cozmo Frustrations.

I just received my mail and got a letter from Cozmo, seems that the "free
Vacation loaner" that was promised while they were trying to get my ins
money is no longer the policy.

Anyone else get this letter ? Do any of the other pump companies charge you
for a loaner?

Smith's medical has become quite the disappointment recently, first they do
not have the integrated cgm technology that they said would be available at
the end of last year, then my "representative" no longer comes to my town
because she does not sell enough here and now this.
