RE: [IP] MM CGMS start up time

I believe the sensor insertion time is not part of the process at
all. The sensor is completely inert without an attached
transmitter (because the Minilink supplies the voltage across the
reaction chamber's electrodes).

What counts is the time at which a sensor is connected to the
Minilink. For that instant on, the Minilink will count down two
hours.

In the same vein, the three-day-restart does not require a
two-hour-wait because the transmitter is not disconnected from the
sensor and reconnected. If you were, after three days, to
disconnect the transmitter from the sensor -- even if only for a
second -- and reconnect it, you would incur a new two-hour-delay,
despite the sensor being wet and well broken in.

Cheers,
Felix.
