If anyone has that recipe that was posted about low fat, low carb cheesecake 
I would appreciate it.
This is the one I use:

2 packages (8 oz) cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup sugar
2 eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 teaspoon lemon juice
1/2 pint sour cream
Graham cracker crust
Beat sugar, cream cheese, eggs, vanilla and lemon juice until creamy.   Fold 
mixture into the sour cream and pour into crust.
Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.   Chill before serving.
This was in the Watertown Daily Times and came from the St. Lawrence County 
Dairy Princess.   It is very good but as you can see, very high fat.
