 I use a baby sock and attach to my nightgowns and my sleep pants with a large
diaper pin. With a sleep shirt or nightgown, I attach it on the inside. This way
there is no extra strap, belt, case or anything else. It is soft and once you
figure out where to pin it, it works great!
