I find that on long (overnight, generally, from Alaska) flights the 
main problem is meal scheduling and time zone changes.  I generally 
try to change the clock on my pump (and test meter) at the same rate 
I change my wake-sleep schedule, as may basal varies by a factor of 2 
with time of day. and I assume my actual needs are tied to the 
sleep-wake schedule.
