What some people see in a notice like that is *pump* when the deceased
person may have *used* a pump but it was not the cause of death. If one
takes 2 types of insulin in different syringes, mistakes can also be
made by switching the dosages. Even in hospitals sometimes nurses will
give the roommate's dose to the other.

For any newbies looking at pumps, do not let a death scare you.
