[IP] Symlin

Because Symlin delays stomach emptying, it is necessary to reduce the meal
bolus to prevent a hypo. I have noticed, however, that as I approach 2 to 3
hours after a meal a bolus of an amount close or equal to the reduced amount
of pre-meal insulin is necessary to prevent a high bg.

I expect this is a normal response because Symlin has a half-life of 48
minutes. After about 3 hours it has finished and food is raising bg.

I am interested in knowing if any other Symlin users have had similar
experiences.
