It's basically MiniMed's logo on a piece of rubber stuck on the bottom of
the pump. It's only attached with some sort of adhesive and with
sweat/moisture, it manages to work its way off. It has nothing to do with
the function of the pump, and IMO, is just further advertising for MiniMed,
similar to the logo the car dealer sticks on the back of your car.
