I used to live in FL, had a pump too.  I never did anything different with
my pump in summer time.  I don't recall ever staying outside all day in late
summer though.  I would ask your doctor about it.  I have been to theme
parks for a day in May and June, it was hot outside and nothing happened to
my sugars.  It does get hotter in July and August, though.  You know most
theme parks have special passes that you can pay for where you jump to the
front of all the lines.  I'm not sure about getting one for free because
you're "disabled."  I've never tried.  I've never really felt disabled
enough to get one.  I would suggest calling the park you plan on going to
and asking them what the requirements are.
