Since I tend to do my "planned" exercise after lunch, I don't bolus for the 
whole lunch, I just do a partial bolus.  That way it keeps my bg levels 
better during the exercise and I don't go low, I usually end up right on 
target.  I agree it takes practice to get it worked out.  YMMV.
