I used to get leg cramps when I didn't exercise, didn't drink enough fluids
and didn't eat right. Now that all these are in my health regimen, I don't
have leg cramps anymore.
I have also heard the vitamin potassium is supposed to help. My husband gets
"Charlie horses" in his leg -usually calf and thigh muscle. He found that he
sometimes hyperextends his leg when he sleeps causing his leg to cramp.
Stretching the leg also helps. I hope this helps. Sharon B
