I have been using Lantus 26u, and humilog 1:5 on mdi's.
On pump I am using humalog, basal .9 u/h and bolus 1:8 carbs.
I was on MDI's for 3 months, before that Metformin and advandia for 7 years.

I have pumping insulin 3rd edition, great bible!
