It is not the reps problem I have no problem getting in touch with him it is
Animas them self for a trainer to come help me and my doc set this thing up.
Animas is dragging there feet on this one for sure

This post really disturbed me.  I've been on an Animas pump for 21/2 years
now and have had nothing but great service.  Have you called the
1-877-yes-pump #??  If not I would and let them know that whoever is
handling your area is not responding to calls.
