I had my Animas pump replaced a short time ago with a refurbished one within
12 hours of a problem, which I thought was quick service.    I didn't get my
original one back which I would have preferred, but got a new one later.
Like someone said it's like buying a car .... we get them fixed and expect
them to be returned.  It should be the same with our pumps.
