[IP] Defending Minimed

I guess it is time for me to put my 2 cents in..... I have always
had GREAT Service from Minimed...actually from 2 different reps.
When I first decided to go on the pump, I made a call and my rep
took care of everything else and I had my pump overnighted to me
within a day.*It was a Friday). On Monday morning he was there
teaching me about my pump. Since then I did have a problem with
the pump (1 1/2 years later), Called the company and I had another
one the next morning and their service team called me several
times during the trouble day to see how I was doing.
Yesterday I called Minimed to see about getting a paradigm
pump ( I currently have a 507), she took my info and said she
would call me back within a day. 2 hours later she called back,
with all the approvals and said she would be in the area tomarrow
and would like to meet me and get me my new pump. WOW! They also
gave me a $400 rebate for my old pump. To me this is good customer

>>Was it just coincidental that we were able to get a pump in less

of customer

expect this kind

you with
