[IP] Re: 140 two hours after meals

I am on a very high carbohydrate, high fiber diet, 130 to 135 g cho each
meal, low fat, low protein to protect heart and kidneys. (I have indication
of early kidney disease.) If I am more than 140 two hours after a meal, I
correct down to 100. Usually, I am close to normal two hours after a meal so
correction is not necessary. My last HgA1c was 5.4 and my total insulin
usage per day is 22 to 25 units.
