[IP] IPX7, IPX8 specifications

IPX7 and IPX8 are testing levels for waterproofness, as defined in the IEC
529 spec.

IPX7 tests for protection against immersion in water for 30 minutes at a
depth of 1 meter.

IPX8 indicates protection against continuous submersion in water under
conditions _specified by the manufacturer_. The only requirement for IPX8
certification is that these specified conditions must be more stringent than
those required for IPX7.
