I was thinking that perhaps when you hit 45, your liver got a message to
"release" some glycogen. That combined with the snack would contribute to
the a.m. readings.
Personally, Pizza Hut pizza will creep up on me something awful! We call it
"high blood sugar in a box". ;-)
