RE: [IP] 140 after meal?

I would love to hear how others have managed to obtain a 140 after meals and
not crashed.

	I too have found that it depends on what I eat and if I eat higher fiber
foods, it works better since you are on a more even keel...and watch the
glycemic index.

Also learned that I need different amounts of insulin for breakfast, lunch,
dinner and snacks.
