[IP] Alternate sight testing

There has been concern that the glucose testing in alternative sites other 
than the fingers may miss rapidly changing glucose values in the blood.  
Diabetes Care, Vol 25. #6, June 6, 2002, page 956-60 addressed the forearm 
site, compared to the fingertip.

*     In the fasting state, both sites were comparable.
*     During rapid increases in glucose, the finger was consistently higher 
than the forearm.
*     During rapid decreases in glucose, the fingertip was lower than the 
*     At the forearm, there was a delay of 35 minutes in relation to the 
*     Rubbing the forearm made a slight improvement.

There were no device specific differences.
