Have had the same problem several times.  Just keep calling Minimed to make=20=
sure they know about this problem.  At one point, I was wary about taking of=
f the pump because I didn't want to have to reconnect the whole thing if I c=
ouldn't get the tubing reconnected.  Some of the sets seem tighter than othe=
rs.  Now I test the tubing BEFORE I connect to make sure that I won't have a=
 problem.  If it seems tight or difficult to reconnect, then I will using th=
at set when I don't have to disconnect for the two day I wear that set.  We=20=
should not have to deal with this. So keep calling MM - I am.  Janet  =20
