I called a Company in Michigan that Teresa Brouillire (Thank You!) posted.
It is called Michigan Diabetes Supplies and they accept the 80% or 90% that
insurance pays as full payment (after deductible).  I called them late
Monday and am expecting a delivery of strips today.  They also sell pump
supplies, so I will order from them.  They were wonderful to deal with.
Their number is 800-321-5290, and I believe they are available from 10am -
4pm (eastern standard time)  Hope this helps.
