hi gene,,,,,,,, i hope i can help. my name is vincie and i am new on this
site also..... when i wake up to a low and i know i'm going to be exercising
in any way (yes this includes cleaning)  i will eat a good breakfast usually
cereal with skim milk, fruit and coffee (because this is what  i like) and i
make sure that there is at least 30gs of carbs and NO bolus, keep my machine
close by and really try to pay attention to how i feel.  sometimes i go up
and some times i go down, depending on what i ate, what my numbers were that
morning and how hard i work out.  OR you can lower your basal rate for the
time you are working using a TEMP basal rate.  I really hope this
