Dunno what to say, but I'm doing something similar! :(  Today, I was up
to 271 two hours after breakfast, 185 at three hours, and 101 at four

And I really don't know what to think -- sometimes the pattern is the
opposite -- I'm just hoping that a short high like that does no damage!
