Well, I did the saline routine, but I don't think it was worth the time
and effort -- for people who are not technophobic, and have experience
with carb counting and know their own body's cycles, I think going
straight to pumping would be fine.

On the other hand, if someone is timid, or unsure of themselves, maybe
the saline step might be necessary. 

So I think the nurses should really assess the individual and offer a
